Quick answers for subscriptions, refunds, purchase restoration, account deletion, and app support. Most billing actions happen through Apple or Google because the stores process the payment.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store account that started the purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google because payments are processed through the App Store and Google Play. We cannot directly refund store transactions from inside the app.

How do I change my subscription plan?

Use the same subscription screen where you cancel. On Apple devices, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and choose the app. Apple has a dedicated guide for switching plans at how to switch to a different subscription plan. On Google Play, open the app subscription in Google Play and choose the available plan options.

Where can I find receipts or invoices?

Store receipts are sent by Apple or Google, not by us. Search your email for Apple or Google Play receipts, check your Apple purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com, or review your Google Play order history from the Google Play account used for the purchase.

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple Account or Google Account that made the purchase, then open the app and look for Restore Purchases in the subscription, paywall, or settings screen. If it still does not unlock, send us the app name, platform, store account email if relevant, and a screenshot of the subscription screen.

I cannot find my subscription. What should I check?

Most missing subscriptions are tied to a different Apple Account or Google Account. Check the receipt email first, then switch store accounts and review subscriptions again. If the subscription came through a carrier, family organizer, or another provider, that provider may need to manage the cancellation.

How do I delete my account or app data?

If an app has account features, check the app settings for Delete Account or Remove Account. You can also contact us with the app name and the email used in the app. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel the subscription separately before deleting your account.

What happens to photos, scans, or AI inputs?

Camera, photo, scan, document, or text inputs are used to provide the feature you requested, such as identifying an object, checking ingredients, restoring a photo, or generating an AI answer. Do not upload sensitive content unless you are comfortable using it for that app feature.

Troubleshooting

My purchase is not unlocking. What should I do?

  • Update the app to the latest version.
  • Restart the app and make sure you are using the same store account that paid.
  • Tap Restore Purchases if the app has that option.
  • If it still fails, contact us with the app name, platform, purchase date, and a screenshot of the paywall or subscription status.

The app result looks wrong. Can you fix it?

Yes, send the app name, what you scanned or entered, what result you expected, and what the app returned. For scanner and AI apps, clear examples help us improve prompts, rules, category handling, and edge cases.

How do I get faster support?

Include the app name, your device model, iOS or Android version, screenshots, and a short description of what happened. For billing issues, include whether the purchase was made through Apple or Google Play, but do not send full card numbers or passwords.
