Terms of Use

Effective July 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of every Savuko mobile app that links to them. They set a shared baseline across our portfolio without replacing the price, subscription period, feature details, age rating, or additional terms shown for a specific app.

By downloading, purchasing, or using a covered app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using the Apps

Scope and store terms

These terms apply to Savuko apps that link to them from an app, store listing, onboarding, or settings screen. Your use is also subject to the rules of the platform from which you obtained the app. If you download an iOS app and we have not supplied a custom end-user license agreement in App Store Connect, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept them for you. You must also follow the age rating and any age gate shown for the particular app. Apps are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it, unless expressly stated otherwise.

License

Subject to these terms, Savuko grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control as permitted by the applicable store rules. The app is licensed, not sold. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.

Accounts and security

Some apps work without an account; others may require or offer one. You must provide accurate information, protect your device and credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law says otherwise. Do not share store or app credentials with us.

Content & Outputs

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit or create through an app. You grant Savuko a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the app and provide the feature you requested. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup rotation and legal retention requirements.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that our processing of it as described here will not violate law or another person's rights. You should not upload confidential, sensitive, infringing, or unlawfully obtained material.

AI and automated results

Some apps generate answers, classifications, estimates, edits, images, documents, or other results using AI or automated systems. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, duplicated, or out of date. Similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different users. You must review results and use independent judgment before relying on them.

Unless a specific app expressly says otherwise, results are for general informational, creative, or educational use and are not professional medical, health, legal, financial, safety, authentication, valuation, or emergency advice. Do not use an app as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about a person, treatment, money, legal rights, hazardous materials, or personal safety. Study apps must be used consistently with your school's academic-integrity rules.

Acceptable use

You may not use an app to:

  • break the law, facilitate fraud, impersonate others, or violate another person's rights;
  • create, upload, or distribute illegal, exploitative, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
  • introduce malware, probe security, bypass access limits, interfere with operation, or access systems or data without permission;
  • reverse engineer, extract source code or models, scrape, automate excessive requests, resell access, or use app output to build a competing service except where law does not allow that restriction;
  • misrepresent automated output as verified fact or use it to deceive or harm others; or
  • violate store rules, school rules, or reasonable usage limits shown in the app.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases

Some apps offer one-time purchases, subscriptions, free trials, introductory offers, or paid features. The app and the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase screen show the current price, currency, billing period, included features, trial terms, and whether a subscription renews automatically. Those details are part of these terms for that transaction and may differ between apps, stores, countries, and offers.

Apple or Google charges your store account and manages billing. Unless the purchase screen states otherwise, a subscription renews automatically until canceled. Cancel in the subscriptions section of the same Apple Account or Google Account used to purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally leaves access until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your Savuko account does not cancel a store subscription.

Refunds

Apple and Google process store payments and decide refund eligibility under their rules and applicable law. Savuko cannot issue or guarantee a refund for a transaction controlled by a store. For an Apple purchase, use Apple's refund request process. For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play's refund request process. We can help identify an app or entitlement issue, but the store makes the final refund decision. Nothing here limits refund rights that cannot be waived by law.

Apple refund information

If an app participates in Apple's refund-notification process, Apple may ask us for limited information about whether a purchase was delivered or used. Where Apple requires your consent, the app will request it before sending that information. The data may include subscription status, transaction or entitlement information, and limited usage or consumption information relevant to Apple's refund evaluation. Apple, not Savuko, decides the request.

Ownership & Service

Savuko property

The apps, software, visual design, branding, text, code, models, workflows, and other Savuko materials are owned by Savuko or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Your content remains yours as described above. If you send feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without an obligation to compensate you.

Third-party services

Apps may rely on or link to platform services, AI providers, cloud services, websites, or content operated by others. Their terms and privacy policies govern their independent services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, or conduct, except to the extent required by law.

Changes and availability

We may update, add, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to improve an app, respond to security or legal needs, manage capacity, or reflect platform and provider changes. We do not promise that every feature will always be available on every device, platform, region, or app version. You may need to install updates for an app to continue working safely.

Responsibility

Suspension and termination

You may stop using an app at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the service, fail to pay, or if an app is discontinued. Where practical and legally appropriate, we will provide notice and a chance to remedy the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—will survive.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the apps and their outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” Savuko disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that content will be preserved or that automated results will be correct. These exclusions do not apply where the law does not permit them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savuko and our suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from an app. Our total liability for claims relating to an app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for that app in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$50. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be limited.

Additional Apple terms

If you obtained an app through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that:

  • these terms are between you and Savuko, not Apple;
  • Savuko, not Apple, is responsible for the app, support, and addressing claims about the app, subject to applicable law;
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and, if the app fails an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for any refund of the purchase price available under Apple's rules;
  • you represent that you are not located in an embargoed country or on a prohibited-party list and will comply with applicable third-party terms; and
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. If you are a consumer, you also retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws and access to courts that you cannot waive in your country of residence. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our apps, business, or legal obligations change. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. Where required, we will give additional notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the affected app.

General and contact

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a reorganization or sale of the relevant business. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and app-specific purchase or feature terms are the entire agreement about your use of the app.
