Privacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026

This policy explains how Savuko handles personal information across the mobile apps in our portfolio. It is written as a shared baseline; an app may provide an additional notice when a particular feature, permission, or data practice needs more detail.

In this policy, “Savuko,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer of the covered apps, and “you” refers to anyone who uses them.

Scope & Data

Information you provide

Depending on the app and the features you choose, we may process:

  • App content: photos, camera captures, scans, documents, signatures, text, questions, prompts, chat messages, notes, answers, generated content, and other material you submit or create.
  • Account information: an email address, display name, sign-in identifier, and account settings when an app offers an account.
  • Support information: your email address, app and device details, screenshots, receipts or transaction references, and the contents of your message. Please never send us passwords or full payment-card numbers.

Information generated by use

Depending on the app, its version, your platform, and your settings, we may receive:

  • Purchase information: product, entitlement, subscription status, renewal status, transaction identifiers, and limited receipt information from Apple, Google, or a subscription-management provider. We do not receive your full card or bank details.
  • Device and diagnostics: device model, operating system and app version, language, country or approximate region, identifiers used for app operation, crash reports, performance data, and error logs.
  • Usage information: feature interactions, session events, access dates, and technical events used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app. We do not use precise location unless an app clearly requests it for a feature you choose.

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use an app, from your device after you grant a permission, and from service providers such as Apple, Google, authentication providers, hosting providers, and subscription platforms. You can deny optional device permissions, although the related feature may then be unavailable.

Use & Sharing

How we use information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the feature you request and keep app content or history you choose to save;
  • authenticate accounts, restore purchases, and manage subscriptions and entitlements;
  • answer support requests and communicate about service or policy changes;
  • maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, diagnose failures, and enforce our terms;
  • measure reliability and improve app features, usability, and performance; and
  • comply with law, legal process, and valid regulatory requests.

AI and content processing

Some apps use artificial intelligence, image processing, document processing, or other automated systems. When you invoke one of these features, the content needed to provide it may be sent to our contracted cloud or AI processing providers and returned as a result. We and those providers process that content to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the requested feature, subject to applicable contracts and settings.

Do not submit sensitive or confidential content unless it is necessary for the feature and you are comfortable with that processing. Images containing faces may be processed to edit or generate an image, but we do not use them to identify you or create biometric identifiers unless an app expressly explains that use and obtains any permission required by law.

When information is shared

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Processors: providers that support hosting, storage, databases, AI or media processing, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, subscription management, email, and customer support.
  • Platform providers: Apple and Google for purchases, subscriptions, refunds, store integrity, and platform services.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, safety, property, or the integrity of our apps.
  • Business changes: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality and notice where required.
  • At your direction: when you ask us to export, share, or connect your content to another service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We require service providers to use information only for the services they perform for us and to protect it appropriately.

Where European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar law applies, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as operating, securing, and improving the apps, comply with legal obligations, and obtain consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Retention & Security

How long information is kept

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described in this policy. The period depends on the app and the type of information:

  • content stored only on your device generally remains until you remove it or the app;
  • cloud-synced account content is generally kept while your account is active or until you delete it;
  • support, diagnostic, security, and transaction records are kept only as long as needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations; and
  • deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups before normal backup rotation completes.

We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your device, store account, and app credentials.

International transfers

Savuko and our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, and take steps intended to preserve an appropriate level of protection.

Your Choices

Permissions and controls

Your device settings let you review or revoke permissions such as camera, photos, microphone, and notifications. An app may also let you clear history, delete individual items, sign out, or change analytics and communication settings. Revoking a permission does not delete information already processed, but it prevents future access unless you grant it again.

Account and data deletion

If an app has an account, use its Delete Account or similar control when available. You may also email contact@savuko.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and include the app name, iOS or Android, and the account email or other identifier used in the app. We may need to verify your request.

A verified deletion request covers the account and personal information associated with it, except information we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Data held only on your device can generally be removed through the app or by uninstalling it. Deleting an account or app does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription; cancel the subscription separately in the store account that made the purchase.

Privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or a copy of personal information; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a decision about a request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Use the contact method above to submit a request.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it, unless an app is expressly designed and distributed for that audience with appropriate safeguards. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information without valid permission should contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

Other Information

Store labels and third parties

Each app's App Store privacy details and Google Play Data safety section describe the practices for that app, version, platform, and region. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy terms, and this policy does not govern their independent activities. Apple and Google also process store, payment, and device information under their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice in an app or store listing when a change is material and the law requires it.

Contact

Questions, privacy requests, and complaints can be sent to contact@savuko.com. Please identify the app and platform so we can route your request correctly. For general app support, you can also visit our Help Center.
